Question: IRA contributions not being deposited?

I have a situation where my employer is not making my weekly SIMPLE IRA Contributions and the company portions has not been paid in 4 YEARS! I need to find laws pertaining to the requirements. I know the guidelines for contributions but specifically I need to find out what will happen to him once he is reported. I fear for loss of my job. Can someone point me to laws pertaining to this non-payment?

Answer: It maybe the fact that the company doesn’t have a SIMPLE IRA or doesn’t qualify for it anymore. If they do have it, the company must make contributions to your account every year. I would contact the IRS for possible violations. Or even better, the local TV news reporting station such as ABC.
