I’m drafting a criminal conspiracy compliant to the FBI, alleging HR BLOCK, and its numerous shadowy, seasonal representatives, of, first: 1) Internet Piracy 2) Willfully and intentionally supporting and disseminating fraudulent bank account information.

Here’s a comparatively small matter, when magnified to USA proportions, is enormous.
When some dumb sap, like myself, uses HR BLOCKS highly promoted (its all over the Yahoo website) “TAX-CUT”, program, the company not only bilks the sap, out of $50.00-200.00 in needless charges, the company THEN creates a TOTALLY FRAUDULENT bank account(s) called a “simple pay”, and also, an “IRA” account. Giving the sap, all the right looking info. It then makes it impossible, even though the sap has all the usual information, to find out what happened to the refund. Then they give an 800 number, actually an 888-482-9288, where an automated line, is supposed to have up to date info. There is NO, up to date info….
